The Spousal Visa is designed so you can marry your Fiancee in her country. Once you return to the USA, the paperwork is filed in two stages, first the I-130 and the G325A. This process takes approximately 10 to 12 months. (This cost does not include Government filing fees).	Spousal Visa

Spousal (K3) Visa Support $800

• The Spousal Visa Support takes all of the hard work and worry out of filling out your visa forms. We will contact you now by email and send you our questionnaire and ask for the email address for your wife or wife to be, her full name, and the dates you got married, or if you are just getting ready to go and get married, when you are going to meet her.
  
  
• There is an additional charge of $200 for each child that your wife wants to bring to the USA. The reason is that each child needs a separate and complete application.
  
  
• Once you gather all the information needed for the questionnaire, you will send the questionnaire to us by email and our support team will complete forms and assist you in making sure they are correct and meet USCIS specifications. Once they have been checked and reviewed by our support team, we will send the forms back to you for signatures and you send them to the USCIS office nearest to you that we provide in our cover letter.
